Business class on the Swiss longhaul A340 is quite awesome. The lie-flat beds are narrow but they are quite comfortable.

The maitre d’ had to restart the onboard entertainment system twice before it started working. The movie selection was pretty unimpressive. But I slept through most of the flight anyway.

pgn LH's A340 from SFO to MUC had a similar problem with the onboard entertainment system when I flew that sector back in August - it took about 7 or 8 minutes for the system to collect itself after the power-cycle.
